The information that is gathered for tracking purposes must be thoroughly analyzed and reviewed by the relevant
stakeholders to identify any variances or negative impacts on the progress of the in-scope projects.
The WIP Lead must review the reports and agree with the Client, incumbent(s) and other service provider(s) (as
appropriate), what actions are to be taken:

For any variances to agreed plans

Where new projects are initiated

Where ownership is not agreed.
The mechanics agreed in the activity earlier have to be implemented here. The WIP Lead must ensure that the agreed
processes and governance are executed, obtaining support required from stakeholders to implement these actions or
escalating as appropriate. All of the relevant stakeholders must be updated on the progress and any risks/issues
observed need to have an effective mitigation plan in place which needs to be tracked to closure.
